We provide public access to the website www.lekas.lt (the “Website”) and the Facebook social networking profiles (the “Social Networking Profiles”) to maintain, improve and secure them. By browsing our Website and Social Networking Profiles, you are entering into a contract with us whereby you gain access to the content of the Website and the Social Networking Profiles and agree to the terms and conditions of use set out by law, including, but not limited to, the copyright terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of protection of your personal data and privacy as set out in this information notice.

We need to collect, use and store information about you to:

  • to manage, improve and optimise our Website and the user experience;
    respond to enquiries and suggestions from visitors to the Site, and provide technical support;
  • understand browsing trends, assess the size and usage patterns of Our audience, understand Our users’ wishes and preferences;

We do not collect sensitive information about you.

7. What information should I give you and why?

As a visitor to the Website, you do not need to provide us with any information. All technical information is automatically collected using standard web browsing technologies (analysis of your browser’s requests to the Site, cookies, etc.). If you submit an inquiry to us via the contact e-mail addresses specified on the Website, you should indicate your:

We do not collect any Site visitor data from other sources.

We lawfully collect information about you because:

Technical automatically collected Information about the visitor’s device(s) and browsing is stored as described in the cookie table in section 6. We will store all other information in accordance with the General Document Storage Terms Index approved by the Chief Archivist of Lithuania or the statute of limitations applicable to specific relationships, depending on which of these terms is longer.

  • submit a request to familiarize yourself with the available information about you;
  • submit a request to correct the available information about you;
  • file an objection to data processing due to Our legitimate interest, when the relevant data is processed exclusively for Our legitimate interests, and such processing in the context of specific circumstances disproportionately restricts Your rights and freedoms or legitimate interests;

Submit a request to delete information about you:

  • when the data is processed exclusively for our legitimate interests, you object to such data processing, and such processing in the context of specific circumstances disproportionately restricts your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, except in cases where such data processing is necessary in order to assert legal claims or defend against asserted legal claims requirements;
  • when your data is processed illegally.

Submit a request to restrict access to available information about you or its deletion:

  • when incorrect data is requested to be corrected – for the period until the identified errors are corrected;
  • after objecting to the processing of data due to Our legitimate interest, until Your objection is examined and Our decision is made regarding their further processing;
  • when we no longer need personal data, but you need it in order to file legal claims or defend against legal claims;
  • any data processed without a legal basis when you do not wish to delete it.
